Selection Process
The selection process for the Hawkins Apprenticeship Program 2025 consists of three stages. Candidates must successfully clear each stage to be considered for the apprenticeship.
1. Written Test
Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a Written Test. The test will assess candidates on their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and relevant skills based on their educational background. Only candidates who pass the written test will proceed to the next stage.
2. Practical Test & Personal Interview
- Candidates who qualify in the Written Test will be called for a Practical Test and Personal Interview.
- The Practical Test will evaluate hands-on skills in engineering, manufacturing, or trade-specific tasks, depending on the apprenticeship category.
- The Personal Interview will assess communication skills, subject knowledge, and suitability for the apprenticeship program.
3. Medical Examination
- Candidates selected after the interview and practical test will undergo a Medical Examination.
- The medical test will ensure that the candidate is physically fit to perform job-related tasks.
Only candidates who successfully clear all three stages will be selected for the Hawkins Apprenticeship Program 2025.
