Job Description:
L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions is seeking passionate and dynamic Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) for positions at our Joint Venture (JV) partner locations in Vadodara and Surat, Gujarat. The selected candidates will be a part of an elite team working on innovative projects with L&T-MHI Power Boilers Pvt Ltd, L&T-MHI Turbine Generators Pvt Ltd, and L&T-Sargent & Lundy.
As a DET, you will undergo comprehensive training designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the engineering industry. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be absorbed into the company’s rolls, providing you with a stable and progressive career path. You will gain hands-on experience, working closely with some of the brightest minds in the industry on projects that significantly impact the energy sector.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
As a Diploma Engineer Trainee, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Project Participation: Actively participate in various engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience in your field of specialization. You will be involved in project planning, execution, and management, working closely with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis and assessments as required by the project. This may include analyzing engineering designs, evaluating technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance. You will be required to communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
