NTPC SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) is a notable joint venture between two Maharatna companies: NTPC Limited and SAIL. Qualifications and Experience:
Graduates with a full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or an MBA in Human Resources from a recognized Indian university/institute must have at least 65% marks.
Experience: At least one year of post-qualification experience in HR management.

Employment History: – Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in executive roles managing software development, network security, IT infrastructure, etc.
Position: Higher-ranking Assistant Officer (HR)
Qualification: – Postgraduate degree/diploma/program in HR (Personnel Management, HR, IR, Social Work, MHROD, or MBA) with a focus on HR.
Employment History: – Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience as a graduate.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in executive roles managing HR-related tasks such as recruitment and industrial relations.
