- Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs in a structured manner.
- Ensuring compliance with Wipro’s and client SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Providing feedback on usability and serviceability to enhance software performance.
- Preparing and maintaining test status dashboards and detailed reports.
